1- Guarantee Letter Of Good Performance:

One of the basic contract conditions between the Ministry and the Contractors or the Consultants is providing 10% bank guarantee of the contract amount as the above mentioned form.

2- Down Payment Request Form & Down Payment Certificate Form:

To be attached when preparing the down payment accompanied with the down payment attachments form.

3- Current Payment Certificate:

To be attached and sent with the monthly payment of the contractor.

4- Closing Payment Certificate:

To be attached and sent with the closing payment of the contractor.
