How can we renew E-qualification registration?

what are the documents required for consultants registration renewal?
Welcome To the Ministry of Public Works, if you are registered in the e-qualification services, you are required to provide the following documents:
1. Trading license
2. Financial status for the last 2 years
3. Establishment contract
4. Labor Status issued by Labor Ministry
5. Projects completed during 5 years
6. The current projects or under implementation
Please note the license un valid since 3 years should be registered as a new license,

The Contractors or Consultant must visit Contracts & Tender Department counters and fill the application request and the contractor special request, the contact document will be delivered within 20 minutes.

How do I get the test result on building materials?
The Contractor or the Consultant shuold fill the test request form attached with the sample with the approval of the consultant or project engineer.
